Hello, Indonesia

We took a water break from work, training and family to sit under the tropical sun on the lovely islands of Bali and Lombok. Vacations are not only soothing but wonderfully reinvigorating and can put a lot of perspective on the daily stresses of life. Spotted around both islands were runners out in the heat and humidity. I preferred to watch them from my comfy beach chair while sipping a beer.
